A great big hello to all of my friends and watchers! I've awoken from my eternal slumber away from dA and apologize greatly for any messages I've left unopened in my absence. Seeing as my life has been in quite a bit of disarray since I left my previous post-secondary education, I've been on a weird path. I'm not sure if you would call it self-discovery, more like self neglect. However, over the past couple of months, things have slowly been falling back into place for me. I'm currently back into college, have acquired a steady job and my relationships are better than ever. Everything's coming up Milhouse! Despite my ranting, I'd like to say

Alright, so I know I tend to ramble in these little journal entries, but I do have a serious question for those amateur/not so amateur photographers out there on my watch-list, or just in general. I'm looking to invest, to /really/ invest in some solid equipment, and I need recommendations for good lenses that will run me a reasonable price. If you have any suggestions or anything you've grown fond of, let me know in the comments. I'm currently using my Nikon D90 with 18-105mm lens and looking to expand into macro/micro, possibly even 300mm + Also, working with Photoshop Actions now... they're a lot of fun to play with.
